Located in the Paris region and central France, the Bouchard Group is a historical player in the handling market in its broadest sense: agriculture, forestry, green spaces, environment, logistics, industrial handling… Wherever people need machines to handle loads, move them, carry them,… the Bouchard Group is present with its eight subsidiaries in France and internationally.
Solution
The Nouvelle Vague agency supports the Bouchard Group in bringing to life the strategic CAP it has already set: Competence, Ambition, Proximity. After listening closely to the company's culture and grasping the essence of its soul, we drafted a new strategic platform for the Group that is shared with all employees.
Our strategic thought is that the main challenge for the Group, in a world where usage and technology dominate, is no longer the distribution of machines, but meeting its clients on the ground of their most specific expectations.
