Engaged since 2019 in its CSR approach, Nouvelle Vague obtained the CSR Mature certification from Planet RSE in 2022.
With a score of 722/1000, the agency has progressed by 174 points in two years. And this is not the end. This approach is continuous. It requires us to stay vigilant and invested. We remain committed to doing even better.

Twice a year, during a Day-Off and an evening. Moments when the CODIR presents an analysis of the overall situation of the agency and shares the strategy for the coming months and the year ahead.
And during which the agency shares moments of conviviality: team building and parties.
Well-being at work
Since 2017, every employee can work remotely one day a week. This possibility was increased to 2 days in June 2020 following the Covid-19 lockdown event.
A sports coach comes every Tuesday at noon for an hour-long PPG session.
Equality between men and women
Parity: no difference in pay for equivalent positions. Three of our five highest responsibility positions are held by women.
Skills Development
Continuing education, training plan, coaching, and time dedicated to monitoring.
CSR Committee
A CSR committee was created within the agency in June 2021.
It brings together 4 people responsible for clarifying the agency's efforts in this regard and proposing directions and actions to the team.

The objective is to establish a culture of respect and courtesy, to encourage individual and collective reflection, to promote our values to our clients and suppliers, and to limit the environmental impact of our activities.

Low energy consumption offices
In 2019 we are investing in low-consumption offices at 8 rue de Rieux.
Everything is designed to promote energy savings and virtuous behaviors.
Notably their location. Situated close to the train station and metropolitan public transport (Busway, Tram, Bicloo), they allow employees, especially those coming from afar, to favor gentle modes of transport.
Reduction and recycling of waste
50% less paper waste since 2019 through simple actions such as setting up a personal code for the printer, ending user paper bins in favor of 4 paper/cardboard bins for the entire agency.
Recycling our remaining paper sheets through the Recygo solution from La Poste.
Paperless billing (ending paper mailings).
Green suppliers first
100% of our printers have the FSC and PEFC label.
Recycling Solutions collection collects our waste (glass, paper, cardboard, batteries, plastics, etc.) every month.
The electricity we consume is provided by Enercoop, which guarantees us "truly green" electricity produced locally from renewable sources.
Compensate our impact
With Greenly we have decided to offset our scopes 1 and 2 (2020). We are making a carbon contribution to Greenly to plant trees in agricultural plots “Le Bois de Persais” located in Maumuson (44540 Vallons de l’Erdre).

CSR Charter aimed at our suppliers, entrepreneurs, subcontractors, and service providers.
It formalizes the commitments expected by Nouvelle Vague in terms of ethics, the fight against corruption, respect for human rights and labor standards, protection of health and safety of individuals, and environmental protection. By adhering to the CSR Charter, each party commits to make its best efforts to respect and implement, and to ensure that its own suppliers and subcontractors respect and implement all the principles outlined therein.
Brotherhood Housing Support
For 20 years, we have been volunteering to support the association Logement Fraternité in their communication efforts to enhance their fundraising. What does Logement Fraternité do? It provides support for financing and social innovation to associations and organizations that assist the homeless (SDF, shipwrecked individuals of life, alcoholism, or drug addiction).
Nouvelle Vague, Gold partner of the Festi Warrior's
Festi’Warrior is the first charitable music festival fighting against pediatric cancers. Following an emotional meeting with Chloé's mother, the agency wished to become a Gold partner of this event postponed to 2021 due to the health situation.
The agency voluntarily designed the festival's communication campaign.
