Challenge
When JVD consults the agency, we are on the brink of lockdown 2. A health situation that sustainably questions our relationship with hygiene. At that moment, the company is 30 years old, a new management is in place, and it seeks to shift dimensions by enhancing its capacity for innovation and its industrial know-how.
The challenge we face: how to transition from being a manufacturer/supplier of hygiene solutions and equipment for hotel rooms to becoming an essential player in overall hygiene?
Solution
Clarify the fundamentals and make its purpose clear.
All the ingredients for success are there. A culture of innovation, responsible sourcing, French manufacturing, and a brand mission that makes sense:
“To be a player in an ecological transition concerned with the well-being of all.” It is on all these elements that JVD's new brand platform is based. Now articulated around the notion of “Care,” this becomes the common denominator of an offer that was previously compartmentalized.

Creative response
• Rewriting the brand platform
• Defining a new signature and formalizing a brand pitch
• Flatting the brand expression territory (semantic and graphic) and deploying it across all its communication supports online and offline (corporate and commercial)
