The brand entrusts us with its editorial strategy and the management of all its social accounts (FB, Insta, and Pinterest). Our objective: to boost its social presence and contribute to the development of engagement within its communities.
Approach
We first outline a brand personality through an editorial and graphic charter that will guide the discourse on the different social platforms. Facebook will be dedicated to the life of the company, its history, its news, its products, and its e-commerce showcase. It is an opportunity to share commercial information about new products and involve the community by encouraging co-creation. Instagram will reflect the colors of indulgence. Recipes and products are showcased, moments of consumption now make up the brand's feed. The agency produces all the content that is shared there: reels, stories… To develop engagement on these platforms and the brand's visibility, we organize partnerships with brands and influencers. This results in new content and new consumers reached.
