While one in four French people already consume Connétable sardines, the French, particularly the younger generations, do not think about eating sardines.
So, how do we go from being a back-of-the-cupboard brand to the favorite brand of gourmet consumers of canned fish sold in supermarkets and maintain our leadership position in the sardine segment?
Our ambition: to bring the brand out of the cupboard and modernize the consumption of sardines. Our beliefs to address this ambition:
- move from the sea to the table by bringing sardines back into the daily lives of the French,
- whet appetites by making sardine consumption more appealing (from the most classic to the most surprising),
- the sardine, but not just any sardine. Establish Connétable as the reference. Red, red, red.
Beliefs that will take shape in a premium brand territory imbued with simplicity.
