Our concrete CSR actions - societal angle

In 2018, a real awareness emerged at Nouvelle Vague regarding environmental issues. We tell you everything here.
In 2019, we conducted a CSR audit through the organization Planet’RSE. Following the attainment of a score of 548 points corresponding to a “confirmed” level, the agency now aims for maturity and has since engaged in a continuous improvement approach.
In 2022, a new CSR audit was again conducted through Planet’RSE. We have made significant progress. Nouvelle Vague now totals 722 points out of 1000 and becomes a company with a MATURE CSR approach!
All our actions today are based on 3 angles, true pillars of each of our CSR commitments (Corporate Social Responsibility): the social angle, the societal angle, the environmental angle.
In this article, we present the initiatives, commitments, projects, and concrete actions related to the societal angle.
THE CSR CHARTER FOR OUR SUPPLIERS
For our suppliers, entrepreneurs, subcontractors, and service providers, this CSR Charter formalizes the commitments expected by Nouvelle Vague in matters of ethics, combating corruption, respecting human rights and labor standards, protecting the health and safety of individuals, and protecting the environment.
By adhering to the CSR Charter, everyone commits to making their best efforts to respect and implement, and to ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors respect and implement all the principles outlined therein.
HOUSING FRATERNITY
A story that has lasted for over 20 years. We support the Logement Fraternité association notably in their communication actions to strengthen their fundraising efforts, and this is done voluntarily because we simply want to help them. Logement Fraternité provides support for financing and social innovation for associations and organizations assisting the homeless (the homeless, the shipwrecked of life, AIDS, alcoholism, or drug addiction).
ENTREPRENEURIAL COACHING
In 2018, we voluntarily supported entrepreneurs in consulting and creation.
In 2020, we optimized the approach and launched the Blue Boosts to help, support, and advise virtuous entrepreneurs from Lille and Paris. After a call for applications we accompanied 2 companies in their communication, creation, and ideation processes.
In 2021, despite the Covid context, we supported a new company.
In 2022, we continue these Blue Boosts.
For several years, we have participated in entrepreneurial coaching through Réseau Entreprendre. We follow a young entrepreneur throughout their first year of activity.

FESTIWARRIOR PATRONAGE
Festiwarrior is the first charity music festival to fight against pediatric cancers. After an emotional meeting with Chloé's mother who came up with the idea for the festival, the agency wanted to become a major partner of the event which was postponed to 2021 due to Covid. To signify its commitment, Nouvelle Vague voluntarily designed the communication campaign.

CHUI SOLIDAIRE
Goal: to raise 100,000 euros in one week to help the Nantes University Hospital in its fight against Covid 19. Operation launched alongside 13 other actors from the Nantes ecosystem, relayed on social networks to encourage various companies, employees, and others to make a donation. A success as
134,000 euros were thus raised. We ourselves participated in the launch of the movement and donated 2,000 euros.
OPEN LANDE
Open Lande, a remarkable factory for evolutionary projects. It is with great pleasure and conviction that we made a donation to the Open Lande association via our 2020 wishes, a great team with whom we love to co-work. Open Lande trains and supports individuals, professionals, organizations, and territories in their ecological innovation projects, social and environmental impact, and resilience.
PATRONAGE ARBRE AUX HÉRONS
The tree of herons is the project of François Delaroziere and Pierre Orefice. It is a major project for the attractiveness of Nantes Métropole that will find its place at the heart of the Extraordinary Garden, for which the agency has designed the identity and communication since its launch. We participated in the project launched on Kickstarter with 1,000 euros.
