Employer brand, commercial, corporate: putting an end to silos

Employer branding, commercial brand, corporate brand, each department assigns its own brand within the same company. A way to defend a territory or to expand its influence. This organizational model encourages silos, where each person's biases hinder the univocality of the brand and the accuracy of the collective. Even more troubling, these silos do not take into account the multiple facets of each stakeholder (client, journalist, employee, candidate, etc.) to the detriment of overall coherence, the brand, and thus the company that they are supposed to advance.

By changing the system, we can change the model! By placing the management of the (the) brand(s) at the heart of the organization, HR, marketing, finance, sales, etc. open up to new opportunities. By erasing borders, the company gains in transversality and strengthens its actions around its brand. As a side effect, the entire organization pivots towards common goals based on a clear vision and a reason for being that goes beyond the buzzword.
