THE VALUE OF THE IDEA IN 4 PODCAST EPISODES

Do we wake up one morning shouting “EUREKA”? Everyone can have ideas. Good ones, bad ones, dark ideas, crazy ideas... So how do we give value to the idea? What is a great idea? A revolutionary, unique idea? How do we turn a simple idea into a real business project, a globally recognized brand, a mythical saga?

For this first episode of the series on the value of the idea we investigated an essential question: “What is an idea?”

EPISODE 1: “WHAT IS AN IDEA?”

From advertising to brand signatures, including the name and the form it chooses to give its products... the modes of expression of the idea are infinite. But the real strength of the idea lies in its ability to synthesize and universalize a new truth that brings people together.

In advertising language, this truth that brings people together and creates in each of us the “desire to buy”: it’s the insight.

For this second episode of the mini-series on the value of the idea, we investigated the client-agency relationship.

EPISODE 3: “DEFENDING THE IDEA”

In a digital world where information is abundantly accessible everywhere and at any time, it is difficult to guarantee the originality of an idea. How then can we guard against copying, whether intentional or accidental? And if there is copying, how to defend your idea against the competition?

EPISODE 4: “DARING THE IDEA?”

Faced with the fear of bad buzz, how can we convince companies to dare the idea? The one that will make the brand stand out against the competition, create support from the public, and enable the company to thrive.

For this fourth and final episode of the mini-series on the value of the idea, we wondered why today more than ever, companies have every interest in daring the idea.
