[File] Marketing, digital, environment, what future for packaging?

Some companies reflect on their purpose, their CSR commitments (Corporate Social Responsibility), and how they can reduce their carbon footprint and impact on the planet.

Packaging has emerged as a significant lever not to be overlooked in pursuing this daunting quest. A source of pollution and a generator of waste. Very often disposable and single-use, it is responsible for many negative externalities.

However, initiatives like bulk buying are developing, innovations to rethink packaging through the use of plant-based materials are emerging, and reusable packaging is infiltrating the supply chains of e-commerce players.

We have therefore decided to explore these questions in our latest file “Marketing, digital, environment, what future for packaging?”

Table of contents:

  • Evolution of the packaging and container market – Interview with Sylvia Ardouin, Marketing and Digital Director

  • Adapting packaging for online commerce

  • The prominent role of packaging in the customer experience – Interview with Anne-Sophie, Consulting Director at Nouvelle Vague
